Re: spider foot offset

the drawing I mentioned shows a dimension from center of leg to center of plate of 3.188". This dimension is not shown explicitly, but it is the difference between the height of the "center of peg" and the height to the "center of plate", and is shown in three places.

You could split the difference and call it three inches
