Take a second...Calm down...Breath....ok much better.

First off there is a termonology problem here. Hydraulics (using oil) are not legal, while pneumatics (using compressed air) are legal. While the components look the same they are different. Next length of the stroke (the amount you want to move) has nothing to do with the force required to do so. So just figure out the length and you can order the one you need. Bimba gives each team 3 free cylinders and normally one in the kit, they still haven't shipped the pneumatics kit this year so wait a bit and soon you will know what is availalbe.
