Well, how much do you need to know?
I'd suggest that you first take a look at the Electrical schematic at

That shows all of the basic circuitry that you will potentially use, and how FIRST wants it to be wired.

The electrical section starts at about page 21 onwards.
If you really need more basic help, just say so. I could write up a bare-bones tutorial on wiring some drive motors if you really need it, but I'll make sure that you're really asking for that much before I go and type it.
