Many of the models on this site (cbliss.com) have the "End of Part" marker moved to the top of the feature list. I think it has something to do with conserving file space. Anyhow, after opening these files, make sure the "End of Part" marker (the red circle with an X) is at the bottom of the feature list. You just click on the marker and drag it to the bottom. I do this all the time when I want to insert a feature above another in a model. Everything below the marker is ignored and everything above the marker is processed. New features are added just above this marker.
