I'd condense that down to nine, really. Especially given the way singletons and smaller rows factor into this year's game, I doubt that many will be able to differentiate a ten-point gap either way. And, when I think about it, it doesn't really matter at that point--it's obvious that you need to take some action to widen the gap, either by scoring or spoiling.
And no, I don't anticipate anybody on 1618 using a scoring aid for the simple reason that good data is hard to collect, especially in a fast-paced match.
