They're always too busy text messaging people to actually pay attention to the match.
Some of the best advice I've ever texted to someone: "Friends don't let friends text message while field resetting!"

Okay, now that I've had my fun in this post, I'm not worried about volunteers "throwing" the competition. Not in the least bit.
