Question Composite materials allowed in 2007 Rules?
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a rule against the use of Composite Materials (Such as Carbon-Fiber composites) anywhere in the 2007 rules?

I looked through and didn't see in anywhere and just want to make sure I didn't miss something.
