The draft is 4 rounds long (so each player will get the opportunity to make 4 selections). It is "serpentine" so, the order will be reversed in rounds 2 and 4 (whoever has the last pick in round 1, will be the first in round 2).
You may make selections before the 23rd if it is your turn to select, but your time will not be limited until the draft officially starts on February 23rd.
