Our team has looked for an adapter but we only found male usb to female gameport and you need a female usb plug to connect your controller to. Check out these 15 pin logitech joysticks: Wingman Extreme 3D, and the logitech attack series of joysticks. just make sure that you get the 15 pin version not the usb version.
