To all teams who are considering treads, don't. When was the last time you broke a wheel in a very important match. (The last sentence does not apply to Skyway wheels, especially those used by 1902)
What is illegal about a 2 speed? Previously designed mechanisms are allowed, providing you rebuild them, and I'm highly confident that 195 reads the rules.
