I don't have LabView nearby, so my description won't be verbatim.

You need to choose the proper COM port from the menu at the top left of the LabView application window, then click the thick right-pointing arrow in the toolbar to start the app running. To capture an image from the camera, click the obviously-named capture button just above the picture on the left of the screen. You'll see a progress bar as the data is transferred, and the red light on the camera will flicker while it is transmitting the image.
