Personally, I would prefer to win a regional Chairman's. The Chairman's Award recognizes an entire team for the effort that they have put in over many years to make their team a role model for FIRST teams across the world. Now, aside from that, I'm also one of MOE's Chairman's presenters, and so I have a teensy bit of a bias...
