The default code gives you this, in this little code snippet below:

pwm13 = pwm14 = Limit_Mix(2000 + p1_y + p1_x - 127);
pwm15 = pwm16 = Limit_Mix(2000 + p1_y - p1_x + 127);
Just replace the pwms with the ones your drive motors are connected to, and the joystick axis with the port your joystick is hooked up to.
That really sucks that your laptop got stolen; is there another copy of the code at said programmers house, or on a USB disk or something?
