The relief valves are adjustable. There is a double-nut system to keep them tight, so first (with NO PRESSURE on the system...) release the thin inner lock nut, then tighten the larger, outer cap to increase the release pressure.
Give it a test. You should have it set to release at about 120 psi. If you go above 120 psi loosen it off, if it lets go before 120, tighten it up. (I like to do these adjustments with the system depressured.)
When you get it set to 120, then tighten up the lock nut snug to the cap.
Check it again... and you should be good to go.
