We have a (male) student whose hair isn't even to his shoulders and he's still required to keep it back somehow. We don't want him to lean down over a drill or grinder and have his hair get caught!

My hair is 2-3" past my shoulders and I tie it up 2-3 times in a hair (or ziptie!) just to make certain it doesn't get caught.
