Well, thats really only half of the issue. Making the lights visible is pretty easy, the problem is that they have to be visible from three feet in front of the robot. Depending on your configuration this can be easy or hard, for us this was a problem, as we have a wide turreted arm that stows over the rear and rotates to the front for play, causing some issues. (ie. we had to mount the controller sideways, at an angle and must start on the left side of the field) Luckily, we are behind schedule, so there wasn't a lot on the robot to get in the way of changing the mounting.
