Nothing akin to that (still curious to what it is), but earlier this year I had 39 spontaneously blow up in an assembly (easily fixable, but still). I think in 2005 with the 294 tetra grabber with gripping flexibility, I once had 75+ go at once. Note all of the circular faces (including some very weird tangent contraints to get the gripper cylinder working, the inside face of that is also circular).
