Oh and David Guzman, we actually pre-drill the toolpaths before powder coating, and then cut a little bit more afterwards. Why? Weight and for the reason above.

Trust me, it looks better with the toolpaths than with the powdercoat over it. Just think of it like painting over a mahogany wood; you just don't do it. You have to see the beautiful grain of the wood.
