Now their due today. Also I have a question. I didn't want to open an entire new thread for it:

Under the judging cretia on page 14 it lists "Do links open new, separate browser windows?"

Does this only apply to external content? I find it extremely annoying for webpages to open other links in new windows. Thanks!
