its a dual pid loop on the camera correcting for both angle and distance, as read by the camera. There is some gyro code underneath it, but it is for another purpose.

We cant really move the arm like that while the robot is moving- the arm blocks the camera. so we move it at the beginning, and then move it into its final position when it drives up.
