Dassault Systemes makes two CAD suites that allow for CFD.

If you have the full version of Solidworks (link), you can use the COSMOSFloWorks add-in to preform a flow analysis on a part you've made in solidworks. The other Dassault product available is CATIA (link) . CATIA requires the Fluent (link) plugin, but provided that you have both, CATIA can also preform CFD.
