Yeah, since Autodesk is limiting the regional awards, you only enter it in your "primary regional." We decided to enter in Silicon Valley, as that's where we saw the best animations last year. We hope to beat the best in order to ensure our chances at Nationals this year.
(I'm glad you liked ours last year, our animator slaved over it.)
