P.S. If you are looking for ideas to start designing your team logo, ensure you start at the a high resolution if you are using Adobe Photoshop, or preferably use a vector-art based program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. If you don't you will be kicking yourself when you want to make a banner or use it on t-shirts, as the quality just won't be there and you will likley have to pay art charges to get it vectorized. Also, keep it simple, preferably 4 colors or less assuming you are making team shirts (but you can have web versions with gradients and the like).
