Correct, 384 was momentarily stuck, and 1086 was stuck enought to actually bend their mechanism as a 45deg angle
But yea, I'm pretty sure we only got stuck once or zero times, because I remember being behind that player station and going "Holy smokes! NO!!!!! Flip down and reverse out!" I'm the human player so either I was day dreaming, or my eyes just zoomed in and saw it happen to 540... I have no clue..
Good times at VCU though...
