Random match schedules in Israeli regional

Ok...
So the qualifying matches alliances are claimed to be random at our 3 year reginal as there are no Veteran (7+ years old) teams...
BUT, there are proofs that there is no way at all it was random...
My team, 1947, played 7 matches out of a total 11 with team 1567, 3 of those matches were also with team 2012. How random is that?

Furthemore the poor team 1937 lost all of their matches in the regional. Looking for the reason to the failure of their not-so-bad machine, i was amazed to find out that ALL of their matches were played against the best robot of the regional MisCar 1574. There is absolutely no way that those schedules were random.

I suggest that for next year cheif delphi members unite and write a normal algorithm for FRC regionals once and for all, in a way that all teams get to play with and VS. as many teams as possible, and even better if its possible to create such an algorhitm even before the Nationals, because it could really misjudge some of the teams true potential and cause a worse regional than possible.

Was that a common problem in other regionals to? or is it just here?.
