I'm posting my archived videos to
SOAP as I type. Just the Elims and awards at the moment. I'll get to the rest tomorrow and tuesday. I'll also attempt to parse out the chicken dance. The mascot games were sadly audio only at the recording table. However, these SOAP clips are fairly compressed and also heavily edited for time. So I have an offer for y'all.
I'm willing to bet my archived footage is higher quality than most anything y'all are likely to have. It was recorded as two MPEG2 DVD Long Play quality files, and is currently taking up 40 GB of space on my desktop. I'm more than willing to make this footage available to LSR teams that want it, but I don't think I can easily transfer it electronically. So my plan is for any one that wants this stuff to snail mail me a self addressed stamped CD mailer with enough DVD-Rs or dual layer DVD-Rs for me to copy over the stuff you want. Your options are split versions of the two 20 GB files over 5-10 DVDs, or one or two DVDs of your team's matches and the awards ceremonies, chicken dance, etc. Any interested teams can PM me and I'll get you contact info. But please, only one request per team. Work out extra copies for yourselves.
