0- any multiple of 4 up to 16 (ie 0, 4, 8, 12, 16)
16 more would be 90 teams per division (360 total), no surrogates. I think we can handle that (376 pit spots
). They certainly have no shortage of waitlist teams (like previous years).
However, I think 0 or 4 is more likely.
