The lower bar has a "tab" on the top that indicates the match number. The number on the right of the tab indicates how many seconds are left in that portion of the match. It starts at 15 for automode and counts down to zero, when telemode starts it goes to 120 and counts down from there.

If the scores on the bar and the Final screen are different, then check the match numbers, they should be different as well. It makes perfect sense once you understand it all.
I'm not sure if we are talking about the same thing. But I was talking about the final-score screen's sum score. The screen listed ring scores and bonus scores then have 2 large number at the bottom to indicate the sum. The sum wasn't what the list add up to be.
