It is like they used the scheduler randomizer to pick the divisions. Most of the time it goes 1, 2, 3 ,4 and you get the partners you expect, but every once in a while there is a hiccup (and you go again with one match rest
). I can't help but think this is some curveball Dave made up to keep Division selections interesting.
