I know everyone will be busy in Atlanta competing and scouting and learning how crab drives work, but there's a lot more going on than just the FIRST Robotics Competition. In addition to checking out the FLL and FVC events, make sure you stop by FIRST's Scholarship Row (which ought to be in the Lobby outside the pits). Students recieved
over $8,000,000 of Scholarships for their participation in FIRST last year. From what I understand, some of the scholarships barely get enough applicants to give away the number of awards they want to.
If you're going to be in Atlanta this weekend, come visit Scholarship Row at some point and learn a bit about some of the colleges, universities, and organizations that help FIRST students. Plus, I'll be at the Olin College table for a while, so come say hi!
