I would advise you to check into the numerous off season events that will happen this year, a few that i can list off my head are
PARC X,
Monty Madness,
Beantown Blitz,
Brunswick Eruption,
Ramp Riot, there are many more, you can check
CD Events if you are interested, however in terms of Exhibitions such as NEXTfest... as far as i know there are none at the moment in our area.
