Championships may be over, but the Rookie Build Season has just begun!

In the lull of competing, now is the time to search for potential sponsors and prerookie team members, so we can maximize the amount of new teams next season. To help in your proposal process, I've developed a series of slides in power point for every thing you "FIRST need to know." At a slick 1.35 megabits and eighteen pages of content, its design allows for easy hand off to corporations and potential mentors while hopefully not being over wordy and content lacking.

Most teams are built in the fall, but I feel it would be better for new teams to develop a core base in the spring/summer so they are not overwelmed with trying to raise $15,000 in three months.
