Correctly written, the score tabulation and related concerns would be an almost trivial part of the collection of routines. Changing the game won't be a big deal. That certainly shouldn't cause a big rewrite.

If you want to describe what you like and dislike about the functions and display formats of the current software; I, or the Wildstangs, or whomever will be able to make a better product in the next iteration. Again, if properly written, changing the numbers of teams per alliance (a possibility I and many other folks have noted but don't expect to see until the field is bigger (not supposed to happen soon unless perhaps it is expanded by adding panels to the current perimeter) is a change that also shouldn't be too hard to incorporate.
