Can any one verify this? (Not that he said it at a meeting but that it is true) I have heard this a few times but Mecanum wheels with 45 degree rollers (Swiss 45 wheels) should have the same speed strafing as driving forward. If this isn't the case could some one explain why (my relatively basic understanding of vectors tells me same speed Forward and back wards as side to side, no different than traditional omnis in the 4 corners at 45* angles.)
