Those aren't the average points, those are your average ranking points. Average ranking points are calculated by taking the average of all the losers scores for all your matches.

The top average score for the 2007 season was Team 2056, with an average of 133.75 at the GTR. Team 330 was second with an average of 133.10 at San Diego.

(These stats are qualification matches only. I have all the averages for all teams who attended the Championship. Roberto from Team 1114 has the averages for all teams in FIRST)
