PS: if you ever make it up that way again stop in Sylva, NC and check out "Nick and Nate's Pizza". It's the best pizza i've ever had!
I know of one quite well--1225 is based out of Henderson County, where my mom's side of the family grew up. (Two of my cousins teach in the district--one's the football coach at Hendersonville High, while the other teaches math at East Henderson. Neither are affiliated with the team, but they know about it.)
