If you guys are talking about Billfred's comment regarding the hopper for caption contests, he is referring to the weekly 'unofficial caption contest' that is in the games/trivia section of the forums.

This thread is this week's. Watch out, you just might have a good time playing. Thing is - Billfred is boss and he picks and chooses the photos and when he wants to make them the target, oops, contest of the week.
