The drill's output is threaded. You ought to be able to unscrew it pretty easily.

Yes that left handed screw is deffinately out. And that is the only way I have tryed taking it off. By unscrewing it.
The next hing I try if I dont get any working ideas from ehre is to take an old 9/16" socket and cut a few slits in and put that on the gear side.
