I went back at the very end of the day after the finals on Einstein (this was Saturday) , and they tell me that they can't find my shirt and they probably sold it to someone else. I was told that it was no problem - all I had to do was fill out a new order form, put my name and address on the back, and they would mail it to me within a week. Well I was a fool and didn't ask for any phone number or other way of contacting them if something went wrong and guess what - it's now more than a month later and I still don't have a shirt, so it's obviously not coming. Has anyone else had this problem? I know I saw several other people who were filling out forms alondside me at the end of the day. Did anyone who did this receive a shirt? And does anyone know of a way to contact the FIRST Store to let them know of the problem and find out if they could send a new one? Thanks in advance for any help.
