Now in its 8th year, BattleCry is an off-season FRC competition held each June at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts (home of the 2007 world champions FRC 190). It's a lot of fun, starting around 4pm on Friday and continuing through Saturday. Besides some fierce competition there is a BBQ supper, an ice cream social, lots of games and activities on Friday night (which this thread is about), a human player competition on Saturday and it also usually involves some FLL or Vex robots at one point or another. NEMO also holds workshops in conjunction with the event.
