I don't see how the number of pixels would give you any positive corelation to angle...
Distance maybe ... although it's sketchy at best.
To figure out if you are aligned look at the PWM value when the camera is facing perfectly straight... this is the value you want to achieve. You can either pan the robot or use the mecanum drive to move the entire base of the camera
