Besides which the first couple of weeks are a crapshoot anyways)
• If there is not enough teams to pick for the entire league then the draft will be split evenly into tiers
• Trading can only occur between participants in the same tier(There is no way anyone is ending up with an all 1114 alliance! Not on my watch!)
• If a member misses their picks for the draft their teams will be picked via randomizer
• Players can choose to do drafts via randomizer
• Trading for regionals can occur up to the day before the regional. All trades must be approved by the commissioner (me).
• NO TRADING REAL WORLD ITEMS FOR TEAMS! A
• All trades have to be even (1 for 1, 2 for 2 or 3 for 3)
• At the end of the regional season the standings will determine drafting position for the championship draft. The championship draft will occur the weekend after the divisions have been released.
• If players miss their pick for the championship draft they will be assigned a ranked team from 100 and go back from there.
• There will be 4 team alliances for the championship.
• Winner of the league receives a custom signed t-shirt and a trophy.

This leaves me with a few questions:
1) How can you draft regionals with 80 participants when only Greater Toronto and Florida have any prayer of having that many teams?
2) Who sets the tiers, and how?
