If you have to rigidly enforce an honor code, you have failed.

You teach others by showing how, and letting them practice. Just like throwing a ball, after a while the right way feels natural, and you just do it without thinking.

If FIRST trains you now to do what is Right, good chance that you'll continue that behavior in life. And, in this way FIRST is chainging the world for the better.
