Re: New iPods out

I like the new iPhone, but what I don't like is how Apple is changing there whole "clean cut" look at technology and trying to blend in with everyone else. Sure, the products that they are coming out with are sweet, and I think that they will sell, but besides that, I think that Apple is changing its transcendentalist founded ways and slowly conforming to everyone else.... Last year, if I were to buy a Mac everyone would know it was a Mac (not that I would buy a Mac, I NEED CAD, and don't want to dual boot), but now, a Mac has nothing special, just another computer. The new iPod nano, just looks like something that creative labs came out with two years ago! The new iPod nano's do not impress me whatsoever. Apple used to be a company that you could go to, where you could get a device to stand out in the world, now they are trying to blend in. I just don't get it..... You may disagree with my thoughts, but I really think that Apple is slowly going to be just another HP, and it will just be another 80's incident all over again, They were taking for granite that they were the best, but now, they are just making products that they hope everyone will like, not based upon what they already like. I would tell them to stick to what everyone bought in the first place, and keep the clean design. (P.S. The only need for a 160gig iPod is if you are a professional DJ, or a serious music addict. I have 12 days of music, and only fill 20 of my 30 gig.)
