ANYONE can be a leader if they want to be, they just need some tools and practices in order to get the ball rolling. Everything I have learned so far in the class has been interesting and exciting to learn. I wish I knew some of these ideas while I was a team leader with 177.
So the point is: who is interested in learning more about leadership? Would you like to learn more about how to be an affective leader for their FIRST team? Who is willing to learn different ideas regarding leadership that you may have never considered before? This is open to anyone who is interested, if anyone at all.
I figured I could just post a discussion post once a week, and at your weekly meetings you could practice these ideas and give me feedback.
Please let me know your thoughts!
