I am quite excited to see NASA's gracious sponsorship for FRC for yet another year. I do have a couple questions:

Is a veteran team required to register for the event they plan to submit a grant application for?

If a team applies for a grant and has not registered for the event specific to the grant, can the grant still be awarded? If so, how does registration work if the event is full when the grant is awarded?
