A) It had nothing to do with the RPC or the regional itself. (Regional Planning Commitee I'm assuming btw.)

B) It was rumors about a water game in a thread meant to discuss the regional itself, and the speculation about a 70 team regional.

3) The newly registered person "Aquaman101" was pretending to be someone from Team 25 who well known actual Team 25 members (Bharat & someone else) disregarded as being on their team.

4) It was spam in the wrong place. (Duplicated in 2 threads across CD by the same username)

5) The message was reported, and thus removed.
