Creating a BOM in Solidworks on a different sheet than the drawing views

Help!

I'm trying to create a combined Bill of Materials for several different assembly models on the first sheet of a drawing file and then add drawing views of each assembly on to subsequent sheets so that I can call out each part with a balloon.

I can't seem to get Solidworks to allow me to select a drawing view from a different sheet when I try to create the BOM, though. I'm a missing something obvious?

Edited to add:

Also, is there some way to get rid of the title row of a BOM? I want to stack multiple BOMs on top of one another so they appear as if they're a single list.
