Please download it, have it signed ready to submit. This will speed up the inspection process.

Speaking of speeding up the inspection process.......
Make sure you have a completed Pre-Inspection form completed. I posted it earlier.

If you pre-inspect it the inspectors will have an easier time and faster.

Size and weight..... often a problem. Please confirm your size and weight.
