Hi
Well, think of that: apperently one of the winning teams of the alliance
came in the top 8 to pick a partner who was NOT under the top 8.
SO.... obviously there would be SOME (...) reasons why one team is placed
under the top 8 and the other not... sure you might have bad luck in your
partners and stuff. But the new design of 10 qualification matches should
be fair for everybody

And by the way: how would you do that? The game is designed for 2vs2. How
would you play a 1on1? That totally changes everything. Attributes and features
that are not SO important in a team match can become very important if you're
on your own (i'm thinking of a very fast robot for example.. who could just
push the puck in a corner in the beginning and the other robot might have no chance
to get it out of there... and then the speed advantage would also give it
an overall advantage... )

Well I probably could go on a little longer.. but I think the TEAM idea
is THE BEST thing FIRST could do NEways.. so why would you want to "destroy"
that in the end...

Well
That's it
CYA
